Allow us to create your custom report.
With your help we’ll create a HealthSafety Qualified Report for presentation on healthsafetyqualified.org and custom Healthsafety Qualified Custom Brochures for handout or display.Display your status.
Post your Healthsafety Qualified signage and large labels at your location and/or vehicles and add the HSQ badge to your website linking back to your HSQ Report at healthsafetyqualified.org.Allow us to train you and your staff.
We’ll conduct a 30 minute training on how to use your HealthSafety Qualified status to grow your company’s profits and Pay your certification Fees due within 3 days of due date
Timing & Terms for Cancellations and Refund Requests:
Cancellations and refund requests must be received by us no earlier than six months and no later than nine months from the Qualification Date; and be made in writing and sent by Certified Mail with Return Receipt to: Ratings Department, American Ratings Corporation 1304 Southpoint Blvd., Suite 280, Petaluma, CA 94954, You must provide us with a Return Receipt indicating the date the cancellation and refund request was received by us in order to be eligible to cancel or receive a refund of Certification Fees paid. If payment is due pursuant to this guarantee, it will be made within 30 days after nine months from Qualification Date.
